Motion LeRoy Ewen Second C.D. Whitaker that minutes of previous meet-
ing be approved as read. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second LeRoy Ewen that bills presented be
approved. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that a fee of $1.00 be charged
for use of the Council room and an additional $1.50 fee if kitchen facilities
are used in new Municipal Building. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that Ordinance be drawn pro-
hibiting the selling of and shooting of fireworks in the City Limits. Motion
Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that a 50% assessment Ratio
be used for 1970 Tax Purposes. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Mack Holloway that meeting adjourn. Motion
Carried 5 For 0 Against.
