1. .Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Fulk and
President Gnadt at 6:06 p.m. on Monday, October 3, 2022, in the Multi-purpose Room at the City of
Allen Senior Center located at 451 St.Mary Drive,Allen,Texas 75002. Treasurer Poradish announced
the Chamber did not have a quorum present.

3. Update from the City of Allen—Update on SH121 Development.
Mr. Bowman presented an update on the status of development along SH121 in the City of Allen
including the Trammell Crow project, Allen Gateway, The Avenue, The Farm, Stillwater, and Sloan
Corners.

4. Update on AISD ISD Eagle Engagement and Boundary Adjustments.
Mr. Pitcock provided an update on the Allen ISD's process of examining and adjusting its elementary
attendance boundaries. This process is being done for a number of reasons which include declining
enrollment at several schools, growing enrollment at several schools, the transition to full-day
prekindergarten,and financial efficiency needs.
Mr. Pitcock and Mr. Hicks shared information on the ways the District is engaging with stakeholders
in a variety of events and committees. They also highlighted the engagement webpage named The
Hub. Dr. Johnston discussed the Heart@Work program developed to enhance the relationships and
communication with the District's employees.
5. Update from Allen Fairview Chamber of Commerce.
Ms. Mayer reviewed the Chamber's Mission which includes advocacy, education, building
relationships, other opportunities, and other benefits. She highlighted the priorities for 2022 and the
success of the DEI Committee. Upcoming events include the Golf Tournament, Women's
Entrepreneurs' Summit,Leadership Policy Summit,and Eggs and Issues. She also presented attendees
with a copy of the 2022-23 Community Guide and Business Directory.

Mayor Fulk adjourned the TRIAD Meeting for the Allen City Council at 7:32 p.m.on Monday,October 3,2022.
