1. Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present.
With a quorum of the members present, the TRIAD Meeting was called to order by Mayor Stout,
President Gnadt and Chair Shelton at 6:01 p.m. on Monday, October 5,2020, at the Allen ISD Service
Center located at 1451 N. Watters Drive, Allen,Texas 75013.
2. Update from Allen Independent School District—Bond Proposition.
Ms.Bullock,Mr.Pitcock and Mr.Hill presented information to the group regarding the Allen ISD bond
proposition.
3. Update from City of Allen—CARES Act Programs.
Mr. Bowman and Mr. Battle reviewed the City's CARES Act Programs in response to the COVID-19
pandemic.
4. Update from the Allen-Fairview Chamber of Commerce.

On behalf of the Chamber, Chair Shelton reviewed activities and events held by the Chamber during
the past year.

Adjournment.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Councilmember Brooks and a second by Councilmember
Schulmeister, the Council voted seven (7) for and none (0) opposed to adjourn the TRIAD
Meeting at 7:07 p.m. on Monday, October 5,2020. The motion carried.
