AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS,
INCREASING THE RATE OF DEPOSITS TO THE TEXAS MUNICIPAL
REnREMENr SYSTEM BY THE EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ALIEN,
AND ESTABLISHING AN EFFEL711VE DATE FOR THE ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1: All employees of the City of Allen, who are members of the Texas Municipal
Retirement System, shall make deposits to the System at the rate of 7% of their individual earnings.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be and become effective on the 1st day of March
1996.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS,
ON THE 15 ,H DAY OF FEBRUARY , 1996.
