AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION I OF ORDINANCE NO.
1133-10-92 OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS; APPROVING AND
ADOPTING AMBULANCE SERVICE FEES FOR RESIDENT AND NON-
RESIDENT USERS; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Allen Fire Department provides ambulance service to residents and non-residents
of the City of Allen, Texas;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
TEXAS THAT:
SECTION I: From and after the date of passage, the fees for ambulance services provided by the City
of Allen Fire Department shall be Two -Hundred -Seventy -Five Dollars ($275.00) per call for resident users
and Three -Hundred -Thirty Dollars ($330.00) per call for non-resident users, plus a mileage fee of $7.00 per
mile to a medical facility per individual. The patient will also receive an itemized billing for the supplies
that cannot be exchanged at the hospital.
SECTION II: This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
