Motion Bob Le"n Second Clifford Rest that minutes of previous meeting be
be approved as read by City Secretary. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
A request was made to Council from Mr James Reredos, seeking permission
to move a Mobile Name on the back of kin lot. The Mobile Iome to be occupied
by Mr Nerndon's Sister-iml-law. Council agreed to grant this request if all
of the City's requirements are mets on Mobile Homes of this nature.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Nart that Chief Jerry Burton secure at
least 3 bids on as 8 ft. high chain link fence to make an enclosure to held
vehicles impounded by the Police Departmeat. The fence sot to exceed 100 E
100 feet in si ms. Chief Burton is to have those bids by next meeting date.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against,
Motion Bob Lawman Second Clifford Nart that City Ilewtion be as; called for the
election of 3 Aldermen, date of election to be April 3, 1971. Motion Carried
4 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lesson Second Mack Rollaway that s $g 3.00 per snit Sewer charge
be made on all sewer connections. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Is Boy Ivan that bills presented be paid. Motion
Carried 4 For O Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second LeRoy Rwen that minutes of December 17, 1970 be
corrected. The former minutes read that Council adopted Articles 1 thru 55
of the Proposed Zoning Ordinance. She minutes should have reed that Articles
1 thru 5 of the Proposed Sub -Division Ordinance be adopted. Motion Carried
4 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob lowmsn Second LeRoy Ewen that Walter Curtis be paid a sum of 815.00
per month for meeting with and assisting the Planning and Zoning Commission
at their regular meeting such month. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against
Motion Bob Lowman Second Mack Ielloway that meeting adjourn catill the east
Regular Meeting date on February 18. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
