RESOLUTION NO. 227_____-_
WHEREAS, in the interest of the City of Allen and the
fireman of Allen, we wish to reject the Fire Fighters' Relief
And Retirement Fund Plan at this time.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the members of the
Council of the City of Allen, that after all controversy of
this plan is resolved, we then will weigh the benefits.
THIS RESOLUTION PASSED AND APPROVED AND ADOPTED on the 6th
