BETWEEN THE STATE OF TEXAS AND THE CITY OF Allen, Texas
FOR THE INSTALLATION, CONSTRUCTION, EXISTENCE, USE, OPERATION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A HIGHWAY SIGNAL PROJECT AM ON F.R. 2110
IN THE CITY OF Allen ; AND PROVIDING FOR THE EXECUTION
OF SAID AGREEMENT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF Allen, Texas
SECTION 1. That the certain agreement datedA„Qy,�t 21. 7gRn between the
State of Texas and the City of Allen for the installation, con-
struction, existence, use, operation and maintenance of certain highway
signal project locatedXi(B( on F.R. 2170
in the City of Allen be, and the same is, hereby approved; and
that 'Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said
agreement on behalf of the City of Allen and to transmit
the same to the State of Texas for appropriate action.
