Councilmen: C.D. Whitaker, Bob Lowman, Clifford Hart & Johnny Pannell,
Absent: Johnnie Blankenship
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pannell that minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Clifford Hart Second Johnny Pannell that Ordinance No. 106 be app-
roved on the annexation of the plat of Hillside Village N4 into the Corporate
Limits of the City. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Mayor Dugger read a letter from the Planning and Zoning Commission rec-
cmending that Council approve the Plat on Hillside Village Addition 84. Motion
Johnnie Pannell Second Clifford Hart that Council follow the reccmendation
of the Planning and Zoning Commission and grant approval on this plat. Motion
Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Clifford Hart Second Bob Lowman that Ordinance No 107 be approved
on the rezoning of Lots 6 - 7 - Block 20 - Old Donation and Lots 8 - 9 - 10 -
Block 19 - Old Donation from their present "A" Classifaction to "F" Classifaction.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Mr. Bill Hunsaker appeared before Council and asked for a permit to erect
a skating rink at the corner of East McDermott Drive and South Dogwood Drive
on property owned by Bill LaGrone. Mr. Hunsaker agreed to the times of his being
open for skating as follows: Sundays 2:00 - 5:00 P.M„ Monday and Wednesday closed,
Tuesday and Thursday Close at 10:30 P.M., Friday and Saturday close at 11:30 P.M.
All private parties at the rink will be for skating 6nly. Motion Bob Lawman
Second C.D. Whitaker that permit be issued. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that bills presented be approved.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that meeting adjourn untillJune
3rd. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
