Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnnie Blankenship that minutes of previous meet-
ing be approved as read. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnnie Blankenship that July 15th be set for the
Council to set as the Tax Equalization Board. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Mr. John Looney and Mr Barker fron the Souther Sanitation Company appear-
ed before Council to present a proposal on a new 3 year contract to pick up the
garbage in the City. Motion Bob Lowman Sevond Clifford Hart that City enter in-
to a contract with Southern Sanitation Company for 3 years service. This contract
to be drawn up by City Attorney Alex Orr and Mr Looney. Motion Carried 4 For 0
Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pannell that bills presented be approved.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Clifford Hart Second Johnny Pannell the E.F. Ereckson be given 1
months net salary upon his retirement. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Clifford Hart Second Johnny Pannell that the application of T.H.
Cundiff,Jr, be approved for the job of Water and Sewer Superintendent effect-
ive July 1st at a monthly salary of $h00.00. Mr Cundiff to work on a part time
basis untill this date at a rate of $2.00 per hour. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Arainst.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Hart that meeting adjourn untill next
regular meeting on July 1st. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
