A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS,
ADJUSTING THE 1983 TAX ROLL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS:
That the following listed items on the 1983 Tax Roll be
cancelled or adjusted. The majority of these accounts are
Motor Vehicles, which were assessed by the Central Appraisal
District from the Texas Motor Vehicle Registration List.
The City's list contained all of the owners of the vehicles
that had a 75002 Zip Code Address. Therefore, a large
number of these vehicles were placed on the City's Tax
Roll with the owner residing in another Taxing Jurisdiction.
We would recommend that these accounts be cancelled along
with others for the reason shown opposite each account.
Also, included is a Supplemental Roll adding property to
the 1983 Tax Roll that was omitted from the Certified Tax
Roll. We would recommend that these accounts be approved
