A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, CASTING ITS VOTES FOR BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE COLLIN COUNTY CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, it is the responsibility of the City
Council to cast its votes for membership on the Collin
County Appraisal District Board; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has been notified by Helen
Starnes, County Clerk for Collin County, that the Allen City
Council has 78 votes available to be cast.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
Section 1. All 78 votes available to the Allen City
Council are hereby cast in favor of Donny Higgins for member-
ship on the Board of Directors of the Collin County Central
Appraisal District.
Section 2. The City Secretary is hereby directed to
forward a copy of this resolution and the ballot to the
County Clerk of Collin County and any other interested
party.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 7th DAY
OF NOVEMBER , 1985.
