Present: Mayor Frank Dagger
Councilmen: Bob Lowman, Clifford Hart, Johnnie Blankenship,
Absent: C.D. Whitaker & Johnny Pannell
Planning & Zoning Commission: Elo Zinke, Ken Posey, Howard Snider & Bill Enloe.
Absent: Bill LaGrone
Neil Holm, J.D. Brown and Jerry Brown appeared before a joint meeting of
Council and the Planning and Zoning Commission to present the General Development
Concept Plan on 513.1:12 acres of land owned by them that lays on both sides of
Highway R5 beginning just South of Keth Drive. They also requested a zoning
change on a portion of the property from Zone "A" Classifaction to "9-D-E&F"
Classifaction. After hearing this request, Planning & Zoning Commission was Called
to order by Chairman Elo Zinke to consider this request. After some discussion
the Planning and Zoning Commission reccomended that Council approve the General
Development Concept Plan and a date be set for public hearing on the zoning request.
After hearing reccomendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, Council set
December 2nd, 7:30 P.M. as the date for Public Hearing on the Zoning Request of
this property.
Motion Bob Leman Second Clifford Hart that meeting adjourn. Motion Carried
