Present: Mayor -Pro -Tem C. D. Whittaker
Councilmen: Bob Lowman, Johnny Pannell, Johnnie Blankenship & Clifford
Hart.
Absent: Mayor Frank Dagger.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pannell that minutes of the November 4 and
November 1$ be approved as read by City Secretary. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Johnny Pannell Second Bob Lowman that upon the reccomendation of the
City Engineer the final plat on High Meadows Addition #1 be approved. Motion
Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Hart that bills presented be approved,
with the exception of the Entermann-Rovin Co. bill. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Council instructed City Secretary to contact Albert Cline as to the date
he intended to begin work on the water tank and also to contact Chifif Burton
about the light on top of the tank.
Motion Johnnie Blankenship Second Johnny Pannell that meetin adjourn.
Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
