A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS
CASTING VOTES IN THE SELECTION PROCESS FOR MEMBERS
TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE APPRAISAL DISTRICT
OF COLLIN COUNTY.
WHEREAS, the Appraisal District of Collin County provides
tax rolls for all taxing entities within Collin County; and,
WHEREAS, in order to carry out this important function,
a Board of Directors is selected by those same taxing entities;
and,

WHEREAS, the City of Allen has at its availability 110
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS:
Section 1. The City Council herein casts 110 votes for
Don Higgins for a position on the Board of Directors of the
Appraisal District of Collin County.
Section 2. A copy of this resolution shall be forwarded
to the Chief Appaiser upon its execution.
