Call to Order
With a quorum of the Board members present, the Regular Meeting of the Keep Allen Beautiful Board was
called to order by Chair Walters at 6:34 pm on Tuesday,March 21,2023,in the City Hall Basement Conference
Room A of City Hall,305 Century Parkway,Allen,TX 75013.
1. Approve Minutes of the January 17,2023,Regular Meeting.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Ponder and a second by Board Member Asch, the
Board voted five(5)for and zero(0)opposed to approve the minutes.
2. Receive Financial Report.
Staff reviewed the financial report with board members.
3. Receive Update on KAB Events and Projects.
Staff provided updates on upcoming events and projects.
Board Member Hermida took his seat at the table.
4. Discuss Outreach Initiatives.
Staff provided updates on outreach initiatives.
5. Discuss Items for Future Board Meeting Agendas.
Chair Walters specified potential items for staff to consider on future agendas.
Adjournment
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Chowdhury and a second by Board Member Ponder,
the Board voted six(6) for and zero (0) opposed to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the Keep
Allen Beautiful Board at 6:59 p.m. on Tuesday,March 21, 2023. The motion carried.
