A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, AUTHORIZING AN ADJSUTMENT TO THE 1985,
1986 AND 1987 TAX ROLLS.
WHEREAS, certain properties in the City of Allen have been
adjusted after the Tax Rolls were compiled. Listed below are the
names of the taxpayer receiving an adjustment, reason for adjust-
ment, amount of value loss and the amount of tax lost for each
year:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT since all reasons for
adjustments are valid and are permitted by the Texas Property Tax
Code, and that the Allen Tax Department recommends that these adj-
ustments be approved, the Allen City Council authorizes an adjustment
be made to the 1985, 1986 and 1987 Tax Rolls.
