A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF ANTICIPATED TAX
COLLECTION RATE FOR THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS,
FOR THE 1988-89 TAXABLE YEAR.
WHEREAS, SECTION 26.04(b) of the Texas Property Tax Code
provides for the Tax Assessor -Collector of the City to
Certify the anticipated amount of taxes that will be levied,
the anticipated amount of taxes that will be collected and
the anticipated collection per cent for the taxable year
of 1988-89, Therefore, I, Walter Curtis, Tax Assessor -Coll-
ector for the City of Allen, do hereby certify that I an-
ticipate the following amount to be levied for City Tax
purposes for the 1988-89 taxable year and anticipate a coll-
ection amount as calculated below:
