A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN AD-
JUSTMENT TO THE 1986 AND 1987 TAX ROLLS AND
APPROVAL OF REFUNDS FOR OVERPAYMENT OF 1986 AND
1987 TAXES.
WHEREAS, certain properties in the City of Allen have
been adjusted after the Tax Rolls were compiled; and,
WHEREAS, these adjustments have resulted in an over-
payment of 1986 and 1987 taxes on these properties; and,
WHEREAS, listed below are names of taxpayers that are
due refunds and the amount of the refund:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT, since all reasons for
adjustments are valid and are permitted by the Texas Property Tax
Code, and that the Allen Tax Department reccomends that these funds
be approved, the Allen City Council authorizes that an adjustment
be made to the 1986 and 1987 TAX Rolls and authorizes refunds be issued
to the appropriate taxpayers.
