A RESOLUTION BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1987 TAX ROLL.
WHEREAS, a lawsuit was filed by Brookshire Grocery Company
against the Central Appraisal District contesting the values
placed on their property for the 1987 Taxable Year, and:
WHEREAS, this lawsuit has been settled and judgement was
granted in favor of the taxpayer, and;
WHEREAS, listed below is the name of the taxpayer and the
amount of the adjustment:

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT since all reasons for
adjustments are valid and are permitted by the Texas Property Tax
Code, and that the Allen Tax Department reccomends that this adjust-
ment be made, tht Allen City Council authorizes that this adjustment
be made to the 1987 Tax Roll.
