Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnny Pannell that Llarch 2 be set as date
for Public Hearinc; on the rezoning of two tracts of lend in the David 'Wetsel
Survey, Abstract No. 977 owned by Neil I. Holm. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion C. D. Whitaker Second Johnny Pannell that Prelimena.ry Plat on
Fountain Park IT2 be approved. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Johnnie Blankenship that Prelimenarjt Plat
of High Meadows #2 be approved. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.

Motion Johnny Pannell Second C.D. Whitaker that Ordinance No. ILII be
approved regulating the speed Limit on streets to 20 miles per hour in Hillside
Village Addition. Faction Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Letter was read from Elo Zinke tendering his resignation as chairman
and member of the Planning & Zoning Commission because of plans to move from
the City. Motion Johnnie Blankenship Secon& Cliffo2d Hart that Mr. Zinke's
resignation be accepted and Don Francis be appointed to fill the vacancy on
the Planning and Zoning Commission. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Johnny Pannell Second Clifford Hart that bills presented be
approved. Motion Carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Johnny Pannell Second Clifford Hart that salary of Hubert
Bardwell be increased to $573.34 per month. Month Carried 4 For 0 Against.
