A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING THE COMPENSATION
FOR THE MUNICIPAL COURT JUDGE.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Council to establish for all purposes the
compensation package of the Municipal Court Judge;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The Municipal Court Judge shall be compensated at a rate of
$75.00 per court session and $10.00 for each person arraigned or committed.
SECTION 2. The effective date of this compensation package will begin
April 1, 1989 for work done in March of that same year and shall continue until
otherwise changed by the City Council.
