A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, TO CERTIFY THE ANTICIPATED TAX
COLLECTION RATE FOR THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY,
TEXAS, FOR THE 1989-90 TAXABLE YEAR.
WHEREAS, Section 26.04(b) of the Texas Property Tax Code requires the
Tax Assessor -Collector for the City to certify the anticipated amount of taxes that
will be levied, the anticipated amount of taxes that will be collected and the
anticipated collection per cent for the 1989-90 taxable year, I, Walter Curtis, Tax
Assessor -Collector for the City of Allen, do hereby anticipate the following amount
to be levied for City tax purposes for the 1989-90 Taxable year and anticipate a
collection amount as calculated below.
