RESOLUTION NO. 948-10-89(R)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, NOMINATING DONALD P. RODENBAUGH,
FOR A POSITION ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE COLLIN
COUNTY CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT.
WHEREAS, state law requires that members of the Board of Directors of the
Central Appraisal District be nominated by a taxing jurisdiction from within the
County, and the City of Allen qualifies in this respect; and,
WHEREAS, Donald P. Rodenbaugh, former Mayor of the City of Allen,
former member of the Allen Independent School District Board of Trustees, and a
long term resident of the City of Allen, is qualified in every way to serve on the
Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby places the name Donald P. Rodenbaugh
in nomination for the Board of Directors for the Collin County Central Appraisal
District.
SECTION 2. Council directs that the City Secretary forward a copy of this
Resolution to all interested parties.

ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 5TH DAY OF OCTOBER, 1989.
