A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1989 TAX ROLL AND APPROVING REFUNDS WHERE DUE.
WHEREAS, the Central Appraisal District has made certain adjustments to
the 1989 Tax Roll after the Tax Roll was compiled; and,
WHEREAS, listed below is the account number, property owner's name,
reason for adjustment, loss in value and loss in levy.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS: That since all reasons for adjustments and
refunds are valid and are permitted by the Texas Property Tax Code, the Tax
Department recommends that these adjustments and refunds be approved.
