A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO
CALCULATE AND PUBLISH THE CITY'S EFFECTIVE AND ROLL BACK
TAX RATES FOR THE 1990 TAX YEAR.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 26.04(C) of the Texas Property
Tax Code, the governing body of the taxing unit must designate an officer or
employee as it's representative to calculate and publish the unit's effective and roll
back tax rate; and,
THEREFORE, under the provisions of Section 26.04(C) of the Texas
Property Tax Code, the City Council of the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas,
hereby designates Walter Curtis, Tax Assessor -Collector as the City's representa-
tive to calculate the effective and roll back tax rate for the 1990-90 taxable year.
