A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1987 TAX ROLL.
WHEREAS, the Central Appraisal District has made certain adjustments to
the 1987 Tax Roll after the roll was compiled, and
WHEREAS, listed below is the account number, property owner's name,
reason for adjustment, loss in value and loss in levy.

As a matter of information, the Central Appraisal District added this account
to the tax roll in 1990, when in effect the tax office had collected this account
when it was due for the 1987 taxable year, thus resulting in a double assessment.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS: That since all reasons for adjustments are
valid and are permitted by the Texas Property Tax Code, the tax department
recommends that this adjustment be approved.
