A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT TO THE
1989 TAX ROLL AND APPROVING REFUNDS WHERE DUE.
WHEREAS, the Central Appraisal District has made an adjustment to the
1989 Tax Roll after the roll was compiled, and
WHEREAS, listed below is the account number, property owner's name,
reason for adjustment, loss in value and amount of refund.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY

refunds are valid and are permitted by the Texas Property Tax Code, the tax
department recommends that this adjustment and refund be approved.
