A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT AND
REFUND TO THE 1989 TAX ROLL.
WHEREAS, the Central Appraisal District of Collin County has made an
adjustment to the 1989 Tax Roll after the Tax Roll was compiled, resulting in a
refund for overpayment of 1989 taxes; and,
WHEREAS, listed below is the account number, owner's name, reason for
adjustment, loss in value and amount of refund.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS: That since all reasons for an adjustment
and a refund are valid and are permitted by the Texas Property Tax Code, the
Tax Department recommends that this adjustment and refund be approved.
