A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE TO CALCULATE
AND PUBLISH THE CITY'S EFFECTIVE AND ROLLBACK TAX RATES FOR
THE 1991 TAX YEAR.
WHEREAS, under the provisions of Section 26.04 of the Texas Property Tax Code, the
governing body of the taxing unit must designate an officer of employee as it's
representative to calculate and publish the unit's effective and roll back tax rate; and,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT: under the provisions of Section 26.04(C) of the
Texas Property Tax Code, the City Council of the city of Allen, Collin County, Texas,
hereby designates Linda Engle, Tax Collector as the City's representative to calculate
the effective and roll back tax rate for the 1991-92 taxable year.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS ON THE 6TH DAY OF JUNE, 1991.
