RESOLUTION NO. 1044-8-91 (R)
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF ANTICIPATED TAX
COLLECTION RATE FOR THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, FOR
THE 1991-92 TAXABLE YEAR.
WHEREAS, Section 26.04 (b) of the Texas Property Tax Code provides for the tax
Assessor -Collector of the City to certify the anticipated amount of taxes that will be
collected and the anticipated collection percent for the taxable year 1991-92.
Therefore, I, Linda K. Engle, Tax Assessor -Collector for the City of Allen, do hereby
certify that I anticipate the following amount to be levied for City tax purposes for the
1991-92 taxable year and anticipate a collection amount as calculated below:
1991 Anticipated Levy $5,462,629.16
1991 Anticipated Collections $5,462,629.16
1991 Percent of Collections 100%
