A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPROVING CERTIFICATION OF ANTICIPATED TAX
COLLECTION RATE FOR THE CITY OF ALLEN, FOR THE 1992-93
TAXABLE YEAR.
WHEREAS, Section 26.04 (b) of the Texas Property Tax Code provides for the Tax
Assessor -Collector of the City to certify the anticipated amount of taxes that will be
collected and the anticipated collection percentage for the taxable year 1992-93; and,
WHEREAS, Linda K. Engle, Tax Collector for the City of Allen, has certified the
anticipated amount and collection rate for City tax purposes for the 1992-93 taxable year
as stated below:
1992 Anticipated Levy 5,585,981.36
1992 Anticipated Collections 5,585,981.36
1992 Percent of Collections 100%
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS THAT: The City Council approves the certification of
anticipated tax collection rate for the City of Allen for the 1992-93 taxable year.
DULY PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 20TH DAY OF AUGUST, 1992.
