Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Hart that minutes of previous meeting be
Approved as read. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pannell that Ordinance No. 137 changing the
zoning on Lots 3C-40 - Block J - Old Donation from 1-16 to IR be approved.
Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Request was made by Mrs Alice Howlett to place a Mobile Home in back of
her home on West Boyd Street. Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Clifford Hart that
this request be denied. Notion Carried 57For 0 Against.
W.J. Shepheard & Charles G. Starnes appeared befroe Council and asked
approval on the Final Plat of Fountain Park Addition N2. Motion Johnnie Blankenship
Second C.D. Whitaker that this Plat be approved with the provision that all
alleys be constructed of concrete. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Clifford Hart Second C.D. Whitaker that bills presented be approved.
Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman that Final Plat on Walden Park
Estates be approved. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Clifford Hart that Final Plat on Windridge
Addition d3 be approved. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnnie Blankenship that Joe Perks be reimbursed
the am of $20.00 on vet bill. Motion Carried 5 For 0 Against.
Motion Johnny Pannell Second C.D. Whitaker that Hospitalization Insurance
Plan on City Employees presented by Carl Gilliland be approved. Motion Carried
5 For 0 Against.
Council agreed that Patrolman Royce Abbott be given an increase in salary
equal to the other Patrolmen retroactive to October lat.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Clifford Hart that meeting adjourn. Motion
Carried 5 For 0 Against.
