A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS AUTHORIZING CERTAIN INDIVIDUALS TO BUY AND SELL
SECURITIES NOW REGISTERED OR HEREAFTER REGISTERED IN THE NAME
OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS.
WHEREAS, the City of Allen has excess funds to invest; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize individuals to buy and sell securities for the City of Allen;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
The individuals whose names appear below are authorized representatives of the City of Allen and are each
hereby authorized to buy and sell securities for the City of Allen:
Charlotte Smith Finance Director
Linda Vaughan Chief Accountant
Jon McCarty City Manager
