A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, TEXAS,
COLLIN COUNTY, ADOPTING THE 1994-1999 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT
PROGRAM MANUAL AND THE PROCEDURES OUTLINED THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Allen has determined that there is a need - for a
process to manage the Capital Improvement Program; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes that this management program will require an annual
review and update with a possible reprioritization of projects; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the fact that this management program will require the
sale of future bonds and is dependent upon the collection of all other funding sources identified;
and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has deemed it appropriate to direct City staff to follow the
procedures outlined in this document for managing the projects.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
TEXAS, that:
SECTION 1: The City Council hereby adopts the 1994-1999 Capital Improvement Program
Manual.
SECTION 2: City staff is directed to follow the procedures outlined in this document for
managing the projects.
SECTION 3: The Manual should be reviewed and updated on an annual basis.
