With a quorum of the Allen City Council and General Obligation Bond (GO) Steering Committee
present, the Allen City Council Special Called Joint Meeting with the GO Bond Steering Committee
was called to order by Mayor Fulk at 5:45 p.m. on Thursday,April 6,2023,in the Multi-purpose Room
at Allen Senior Center,451 St.Mary Drive,Allen,Texas 75002.
