Call to Order
With a quorum of the Board members present, the Regular Meeting of the Keep Allen Beautiful Board was
called to order by Chair Walters at 6:31 pm on Tuesday, July 18, 2023, in the City Hall Basement Conference
Room A of City Hall,305 Century Parkway,Allen,TX 75013.
1. Approve Minutes of the May 16,2023,Regular Meeting.
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Chowdhury and a second by Board Member Asch,the
Board voted five(5)for and zero(0)opposed to approve the minutes.
2. Presentation on Community Enhancement Code Compliance by Supervisor Traci Dyck.
3. Discuss Keep Allen Beautiful Events and Projects.
Staff provided updates on upcoming events and projects.
4. Update Outreach Initiatives.
Staff provided updates on outreach initiatives.
5. Items of Interest.[Board announcements regarding local civic and charitable events, meetings,fundraisers,
and awards.]
The board and staff discussed items of interest.
Adjournment
MOTION: Upon a motion made by Board Member Hermida and a second by Board Member Asch, the
Board Ponder voted seven(7) for and zero (0)opposed to adjourn the Regular Meeting of the
Keep Allen Beautiful Board at 7:49 p.m.on Tuesday,July 18,2023. The motion carried.
