A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY,TEXAS,AUTHORIZING AN ADJUSTMENT AND REFUND TO THE 1993
TAX ROLL.
WHEREAS, a mortgage company has made ad valorem tax payments for the below named taxpayer in error,
a correction to the roll and refund is necessary; and
WHEREAS, listed below is the account number, owner's name, applicable years, and amount of refund.

permitted by the Texas Property Tax Code, the Tax Department recommends that this be approved.
