1) Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Community Development Corporation Board present, President
Chrisman called the Meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, November 18, 2013, at the
Council Conference Room
2) Approve Minutes of the October 21, 2013, Meeting
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Schulmeister and a second by Board Member
Jones, the Board voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to approve the minutes from the
October 21, 2013, meeting. The motion carried.
3) Motion to Cancel the December 16, 2013, Allen Community Development Corporation
Board of Directors Meeting
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Freiberger and a second by Board Member
Obermeyer, the CDC Board voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to cancel the
December 16, 2013, Board meeting. The motion carried.
4) Motion to Allocate an Additional $180,000 for the Allen Station Park Artificial Turf
Project
Motion: Upon a motion by Board Member Jones and a second by Board Member
Alexander, the CDC Board voted six (6) for and none (0) opposed to allocate an
additional $180,000 for the Allen Station Park Artificial Turf Project. The motion
carried.
