Councilmen: Bob Lowman, Johnnie Blankenship, Johnny Pannell
and Clifford Hart.
Absent: C.D. Whitaker
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnnie Pannell that minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read. Motion carried 4 for 0 against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnnie Blankenship to annex 90 plus acres of
Baker -Crow property. Motion carried 4 for 0 against. /70
Council discussed letter from Texas State Board of Insurance in reference
to the inspection made by the State Inspector. The letter was for�arded
to City Attorney to check on ordinance to be adopted.
Motion Johnnie Blankenship, Second Bob Lowman that resolution be adopted
for ordinance on sewer grant - ordinance #171. Motion carried 4 for 0
against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second JohnnyPannell to pay Dub Eubanks 1/4 down on
Keith Drive sewer line project. Motion carried 4 for 0 against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Hart that January 5, 1975 be the date
for opening bids on Pump House. Motion carried 4 For 0 Against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Hart that bills be paid as presented
by City Secretary, Larry Moore.
Mayor Dugger discussed the fact that the City needs to be sure that any-
one contracting work for the City provide the City with proof of insurance
before any work begins.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnnie Blankenship to adopt Public Park Ordinance
#171L Motion carried 4 for C against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pannell that meeting adjourn. tdoticn
carried 4 for 0 against.
