Present: Mayor Frank Dugger
Councilmen: Bob Lowman, Johnnie Blankenship, Johnny Pannell,
Clifford Hart and C. D. Whitaker.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pennell that minutes of previous meeting
be approved as read. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion Johnny Pannell Second Bob Lowman that City purchase 200 water meters
from Hersey Meter Company. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Notion C. D. Whitaker Second Bob Lowman to set January 16, 1975, as date
of Public Hearing in reference to Zoning change of Baker -Crow property.
Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion Johnny Pannell Second Clifford Hart that citizens over 65 be allowed
tax exemption. Motion carried 5 for 0 against. Ordinance # 173
Motion Clifford Hart Second C. D. Whitaker that bills presented be
approved for payment. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Johnny Pannell that meeting adjourn into
executive session. Motion carried 5 for 0 against.

Police Chief Anthony Hancock appeared and requested an additional man
so that Gerald Heifner could assume responsibilities as Criminal Investigator.
Council advised Chief Hancock that they would wait until City Secretary
furnished them with reports in reference to the Department.
