With a quorum of the Members present,the Allen City Council Special Called Joint Workshop with the
Allen Economic Development Corporation was called to order by Mayor Brooks, in conjunction with
President Schaeffer,at 6:00 p.m.on Monday,October 30,2023,in the Multi-Purpose Room of the Allen
Senior Center,451 St.Mary Drive,Allen,Texas.
2. Review of Strategic Plan Goal#3 Regarding Economic Development.
3., Update on Downtown Development.
4. Update on Commercial Development in East Allen.
5. Items of Interest.
6. Adjournment.
Mayor Brooks, in conjunction with President Schaeffer, adjourned the Allen City Council Special
Called Joint Workshop with the Allen Economic Development Corporation at 7:03 p.m. on Monday,
