REGUTAR MEETING
July 3, 1975
City Council, City of Allen
Present: Mayor Frank Dugger
Councilmen: C.D. Whitaker, Clifford Hart, H.C. Brooks, Jr.,
and Bob Lawman. Absent Mickey Pierson.
Motion Bob Iowman Second Clifford Hart that minutes of last meeting be
approved as read. Motion carried 4 for 0 against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second Clifford Hart to set July 17 as the date for
a public hearing on a request by Anthony Vita and E.T. Boone to close
the alley on their property nest to the proposed Post Office, Motion
carried 4 for 0 against.
Motion Bob Lowman Second H.C. Brooks, Jr., to reject a request by Tom
Cates to move a house on lot behind Cedar. Motion carried 4 for 0 against.
Motion Clifford Hart Second Bob Lowman to pay bills presented. Motion
carried 4 for 0 against.
Council decided to pay Iou Rogers for the time he was in hospital for
minor surgery.
Motion C.D. Whitaker Second Clifford Hart that meeting adjourn. Motoin
carried 4 for 0 against.
