Call to Order and Announce a Quorum is Present
With a quorum of the Board Members present,Chair McKenzie called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.in
the Council Conference Room and immediately recessed the meeting to reconvene in the City Hall
Basement Meeting Room at Allen City Hall, 305 Century Parkway, Allen, Texas, 75013. The meeting
reconvened at 6:03 p.m.

1. Presentation of Downtown development activity by Dan Bowman, Executive Director of Allen
Economic Development Corporation.
