' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPROVING THE WAITERS BRANCH MASTER PLAN; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Allen desires to provide all citizens of Allen with high quality
leisure and recreational opportunities; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Allen desires to provide the amenities for improved quality of
life.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby adopts the Watters Branch Community
Park Master Plan attached hereto.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.
