' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE COURSES
AT WATTERS CREEK GOLF COURSE (FORMERLY KNOWN AS CHASE OAKS
GOLF CLUB); AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, City Council desires to authorize the City Manager to establish various rates and fees within
certain ranges for the use of The Courses at Watters Creek Golf Course and its facilities.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen, Texas, hereby establishes the following range of fees
and charges for the use of The Courses at Watters Creek Golf Course and its facilities:

SECTION 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to establish, by administrative order, fees and charges
for the use of The Courses at Watters Creeks and its facilities, within the range for such fees and charges set
forth in Section 1 above. The City Manager is authorized to increase or decrease such fees and charges at any
time within the ranges set forth above.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.
