' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL. OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING TOWING AND STORAGE FEES; PROVIDING
A REPEALING CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Allen desires to establish various towing and storage fees
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby establishes towing and storage fees for vehicles and property removed
from a highway as set forth in the attached Schedule of Removal and Storage Fees, and which is hereby
approved.
SECTION 2. All resolutions in conflict with the provisions hereof, be, and they are hereby, repealed.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately from and after its passage and it is accordingly so
resolved.

Storage Fees:
There will be no storage fee for vehicles which remain in the
pound less than twelve (12) hours. At the end of the 12 -hour
limit, a storage fee will be charged. Additional charges will
incur each additional calendar day beginning at 12:00
midnight. The storage and notification fees will be set by the
State of Texas.
