' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, ESTABLISHING FEES RELATED TO THE ALLEN PUBLIC
LIBRARY; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Chapter 7, Library, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Allen Texas, the City
Council of the City of Allen, Texas ("City Council") shall establish necessary fees related to overdue, lost or
damaged Allen Public Library materials; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to establish the fees and charges set forth herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council hereby establishes the following fees and charges for overdue, lost, and
damaged Allen Public Library materials:

SECTION 2. Resolutions of the City of Allen, Collin County, Texas, in conflict with the provisions of this
resolution be, and the same are hereby, repealed; provided, however, that all other provisions of said
resolutions not in conflict with the provisions of this resolution shall remain in full force and effect.
SECTION 3. Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage, provided, however,
the fees and charges established herein shall take effect on its passage.
