' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, CONFU MING THE ACTION OF THE ARTS OF COLLIN
COUNTY COMMISSION, INC. TO DEDICATE AND CONVEY A PORTION OF
LAND TO THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, TO MAINTAIN
THE SIX CITIES TRAIL; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Arts of Collin County Commission, Inc.(hereafter ACC) is owner of the property identified
in Exhibit A attached; and,
WHEREAS, the ACC has approved the dedication to the City of Allen of the specified portion of the
property for the purpose of the maintenance of the Six City Hike and Bike Trail; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Allen, as an Owner City, supports the action of the ACC to dedicate the specified
portion of the property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The City Council of the City of Allen hereby approves dedication and conveyance to the City
of Allen of the property identified in Exhibit A.
SECTION 2. Should any sentence, paragraph, subdivision, clause, phrase or section of this resolution be
adjudged or held to be unconstitutional, illegal or invalid, the same shall not affect the validity of this
resolution as a whole, or any part of provisions thereof other than the part so decided to be invalid, illegal or
unconstitutional.
SECTION 3. This Resolution shall become effective immediately from and after its passage.

COUNTY, TEXAS, ON THIS THE 23R° DAY OF NOVEMBER, 2010
