' A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN, COLLIN
COUNTY, TEXAS, APPOINTING LEE BATTLE, ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF
PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT, TO SERVE ON THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
OF THE ALLEN TAX INCREMENT FINANCING REINVESTMENT ZONE NO. 2;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council has designated Allen Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone No. 2 and
appointed the initial Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to appoint Lee Battle as a director to serve on the Board of Directors of
the Allen Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone No. 2, to fill the unexpired term of office created by
the vacancy in Place number 3 of the Board of Directors.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ALLEN,
COLLIN COUNTY, TEXAS, THAT:
SECTION 1. The following person is hereby appointed to Place 3 of the Board of Directors of the City of
Allen of Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone No. 2, to serve the unexpired term of office created by
a vacancy in Place 3 of the Board of Directors.

SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after its passage.
